Uploaded by the author, Clock Bar is a desktop utility which is a little bar that displays the time on the left and the date on the right, and sits nicely in the top right corner of the desktop. But this little bar has some BIG features!
* Double click on the date and exit the program.
* Double click on the time and bring up a options menu.
* Hourly chime.
* 5 alarms (24 registered) that, when they go off, display a message you typed in!  Really handy!
* BRun, the run program for Windows, built in to the options menu.
* Can set time and date.

Notes: To install, decompress the archive to any directory and run SETUP.EXE
